Our Principal –  Talent Development ,  will first focus on building a deep and complex understanding of the organization, our culture, and our employee and leadership needs. Grounded in this understanding, they will build and lead a comprehensive, multimodal  ecosystem  of bespoke  development  programs and tools, from concept to implementation. These may include the creation of  work shops, academies,  eLearnings ,  onb oarding programs,  learning events,  team effec tiveness p rograms,   facilitated  meetings and offsite experiences , and other solutions   that are integrated into a thoughtful employee and leader development journey .
