Principal Product Manager | Dublin | Hybrid | PermanentHiring on behalf of a global technology and consulting organisation, seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of an AI product portfolio.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute product strategy and roadmap for an AI portfolio, aligned to business objectives and market opportunitiesLead and mentor a team of Product Managers across the full product lifecycleCollaborate closely with engineering, data science, design, and sales teamsIdentify customer needs and market trends to inform product development and go-to-market strategiesOwn end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirements through to launch and post-launch optimisationEngage with clients and stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutionsMonitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate for continuous improvementRepresent the AI portfolio at industry events, conferences, and client meetingsRequirements8+ years' product management experience in AI/data-driven solutions or enterprise platformsPractical hands-on experience with GenAI technologies - LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector databasesStrong understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle from ideation through to deploymentDemonstrated success leading end-to-end product development or digital transformation in Financial Services or Healthcare/Life SciencesStrong client consulting skills - able to articulate AI value to both business and technical audiencesExperience working in a global, matrixed organisationDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
