Compensation Snapshot Employment Type: Independent Contractor Location: Fully Remote Time Commitment: Full-Time Monthly Base Compensation USD $1,500–$2,200 per month, depending on experience, UX leadership capability, portfolio quality, AI proficiency, and overall alignment with the role. You'll help shape the future user experience across AI-powered healthcare, education, business, wellbeing, and human development platforms. You'll combine strategic thinking with exceptional design execution while actively using AI to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and continuous product improvement. About the Role As our Principal Product Designer, you'll lead UX and UI strategy across multiple digital products while partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, AI, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership. You'll own the complete product design lifecycle—from discovery and research through wireframes, prototypes, user testing, high-fidelity design, developer handoff, and post-launch optimization. This is an AI-first product leadership role. We're looking for someone who actively embraces AI as part of their design process and continually explores better ways to create exceptional user experiences.
