Job Scope • Lead strategic CAPEX projects from concept through commissioning, validation, and operational handover, ensuring delivery on scope, budget, and timelines. • Develop and execute engineering and process technology roadmaps to support capacity expansion, process capability, and business growth. • Serve as the site process engineering SME for aseptic manufacturing, compounding, filling, packaging, and inspection operations. • Drive operational excellence through process optimization, OEE improvement, yield enhancement, waste reduction, and cost-saving initiatives. • Lead complex process investigations, root cause analysis, CAPAs, and implementation of sustainable engineering solutions. • Provide technical leadership for equipment, facility, utilities, automation, and process control system upgrades. • Support technology transfers, process validation, manufacturing readiness, and lifecycle management programs. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Automation, Utilities, and Global Engineering teams to achieve site objectives. • Establish and maintain engineering standards, technical documentation, process specifications, and regulatory compliance requirements. • Champion Lean, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reliability. • Monitor project and manufacturing performance, manage risks, and ensure audit and inspection readiness. • Mentor and develop engineering talent while fostering a strong culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
