Job Description About our role: This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Company, recently launched in Dublin, but with the backing of an established Company in the UK and a wider Group in France. You will have the opportunity to work on major infrastructure, transportation and energy projects in Ireland and internationally. Working as part of a small team will provide opportunities and exposure to a broad range of experiences and responsibilities. Some of the day to day tasks will include: • Lead and undertake assignments in Ireland and internationally, collaborating across teams in a multidisciplinary environment • Deliver geotechnical engineering solutions across a broad range of structural types and using local and international standard, including design and analysis at a range of project stages including conceptual, preliminary and detailed design; checking and analysis of internal and third-party designs; value engineering to review designs and assist in finding solutions and improvements for clients; finite element analysis and report on results • Monitor staff time and budgets against assignment programme and agree appropriate actions where necessary • Undertake project management which may include monitoring programmes and budgets, liaising with teams and individuals and reporting progress and updates, liaise with Clients and managing Client relationships • Prepare drawings, reports, calculations, analysis and specifications to report internally and to clients
