Principal Geoscientist collaborate with all technical team for excellence of exploration programs. Reposible to develop and desing of all methodologies and SOP's. Ensure continued team development (geological understanding: mineralogy, structure, etc., as well as training in modern exploration methods). Solve geological problems in properties by working through Maaden field camps. Work through all Maaden exploration camps and assist/mentor all geologists in the field.
