Your Job:
Maintain and support equipment readiness. Typically performs one or more of the following in the capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently), or as a manager:
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting of equipment
Execute maintenance and tool support ensuring equipment readiness
Troubleshoot and upgrade equipment to minimize downtime
Analyze and monitor technical charts
Drive equipment improvement plans and projects
Act as machine owner for assigned tools, ensuring overall performance, stability, and continuous improvement
Serve as Cost Driver to identify and implement cost reduction initiatives, optimize vendor support, improve maintenance strategies, and eliminate recurring failures
Serve as 6S Driver to enforce workplace organization, standardization, audit readiness, and sustain a strong 6S culture across the team
Ensure and follow good safety practices and custody of tools, equipment, and other properties
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements
Work and collaborate on projects and/or assignments as needed.

Job Requirements:
Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with minimum 6 years' experience in a semiconductor company.
Candidates with equipment experience in Photolithography would be an added advantage.
Specialized knowledge, imaginative thinking and sophisticated analytical techniques.
