Description
Space is a warfighting domain. True Anomaly seeks those with the talent and ambition to build the technology that secures it.
OUR MISSION
True Anomaly delivers decisive capabilities for space superiority. We build autonomous spacecraft, advanced payloads, mission software, and space-based interceptors — enabling the U.S. and its Allies to secure the space environment and counter threats from the ultimate high ground.
OUR VALUES
Be the offset. We create asymmetric advantages with creativity and ingenuity.
What would it take? We challenge assumptions to deliver ambitious results.
It’s the people. Our team is our competitive advantage and we are better together.

Define mission communication architectures; validate end-to-end RF system performance at program and enterprise levels
Oversee mission-level RF verification and payload qualification across multiple concurrent programs
Define corporate EMI/EMC strategy; engage with regulatory bodies and spectrum authorities on behalf of True Anomaly
Set the long-term communication system strategy and link design philosophy across all programs
Shapes company RF technical narratives; influence executives and senior leadership on strategic technical pursuits
Grow and shape the senior RF engineering talent pipeline; mentor staff and senior engineers into leadership roles
Drive transformative solutions that establish new RF capabilities at the company level
Define enterprise delivery standards and drive consistent outcomes across the RF organization
Serve as an external representative for True Anomaly's RF capabilities at industry forums, with customers, and with partners
Embody and scale True Anomaly's engineering values company-wide; set the cultural and technical tone for the RF discipline
