What You’ll Do Conduct initial consultations and needs assessments to develop a deep understanding of client challenges and diagnose business needs and opportunities Design and deliver customized learning solutions that blend Gallup’s analytics with clients’ strategic priorities Lead executive-level sessions, envisioning workshops, alignment meetings and coaching that help leaders elevate performance, strengthen culture and achieve measurable business results Master concepts linked to culture transformation, strengths development, employee engagement, performance and management principles, and coaching to help leaders, managers and individuals maximize their potential Who We Want Executive advisers who influence senior leaders’ decisions with trust, presence, expertise and authority Analytical thinkers who translate complex data and behavioral research into strategic initiatives for leadership performance High achievers who thrive in a demanding, fast-paced, collaborative and goal-oriented environment Courageous communicators who deliver honest feedback and hard truths with boldness, sophistication and care Dynamic facilitators who command a room with executive presence, energy and storytelling, inspiring leaders to act on what they learn What You Need Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, psychology or sociology Master’s degree or Ph.D. is a plus At least 15 years of experience in executive facilitation, consulting, or corporate learning and development required Demonstrated experience working with senior executives and advising on leadership, engagement or cultural transformation initiatives required Full fluency in Arabic and English required Ability to travel at least 80% of the time required Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach certification or International Coaching Federation certification preferred Experience using AI for research, analysis or content development preferred What You’ll Experience Mission-driven work: Make a meaningful difference in the world with your unique contributions, commitment to service and exceptional outcomes.
