As Principal Architect within Global Technology Enterprise Architecture, you are the firm’s Information Technology Operations (ITOps) Domain Architect and recognized subject matter expert for enterprise operations capabilities. You define and evolve the ITOps target-state architecture, Technology Preferences, and strategic roadmap across service management, observability, network and system operations, and logical asset management. You modernize governance through architecture review boards that evaluate technology intake, onboarding, adoption, standardization, and retirement.
