Role Summary We are seeking an externally facing Product Manager to join our Product & Technology organization. This role sits at the intersection of customers, engineering, and internal stakeholders, with accountability for translating client needs into scalable product capabilities and ensuring disciplined execution against the product roadmap. This is an execution-oriented PM role, ideal for someone early in their product career who has a technical background, is comfortable engaging directly with customers, and can manage multiple concurrent workstreams without losing rigor or clarity. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Vision Own the product strategy and vision for the client facing experience of CloudFactory's platform defining where we are going and why. Identify and evaluate platform opportunities in the context of CloudFactory's long-term direction. Define and communicate product principles that accelerate and scale decision-making across the team. Contribute to organisational roadmap direction, influencing priorities across multiple teams and workstreams. Drive the discipline of maintaining strategic focus in the face of competing client and stakeholder demands. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement Act as a senior product authority for enterprise clients, leading scoping conversations, shaping solutions, and managing expectations with confidence and commercial awareness. Partner closely with Sales, Solutions, and Delivery teams to support new opportunities and ongoing client engagements, bringing product rigour to commercial conversations. Clearly communicate product direction, trade-offs, and timelines to executive and non-executive stakeholders across the business and with clients. Build trusted, long-term relationships with key clients, including the ability to push back constructively and say no when client requests conflict with platform strategy. Product Discovery & Definition Lead product discovery using customer interviews, workflow analysis, data-driven insights, and cross-client pattern recognition. Translate complex, ambiguous client problems into well-defined product strategies, requirements, and acceptance criteria. Surface non-obvious insights across the client base and use them to drive product decisions that create leverage across multiple customers. Roadmap & Execution Own and lead a significant area of the product roadmap, ensuring priorities are outcome-focused, clearly sequenced, and aligned with business objectives. Work closely with Engineering as a technically credible peer, contributing meaningfully to architectural discussions, challenging implementation approaches where necessary, and ensuring product decisions are grounded in technical reality.
