The clinician is a key point person of an integrated care approach and who role models the best of treatment. Qualifications : • Bachelor’s  degree:  psychology, social work, human services or related counseling field.  Currently in or completed Master's program . • Experience group facilitation, individual counseling • Excellent time management to meet performance standards of client care. • Desire to learn, work collaboratively and  strong communication skills • Excellent time management, strong attention to details and comfortable with setting professional boundaries with staff and clients Preferred • 2 years of experience working in a treatment setting and  knowledge of conducting intakes and assessments Responsibilities • Participate in screening and admission of prospective clients. • Complete evaluations, develop clinically appropriate, client centered, treatment plans. • Facilitate groups using several different SUD treatment approaches - CBT, MI • Provide individual therapy and family therapy if appropriate. • Collaborate with collateral contacts, as applicable for care coordination • Maintain client records • Participation in all staff/team meetings. • Maintain client confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA and 42 CFR at all times • Ensure a high level of professional and ethical standards
