The Ideal Candidate • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). • Has experience teaching within a UK primary school setting. • Demonstrates excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills. • Is passionate about inspiring young learners and raising attainment. • Has a sound understanding of the National Curriculum and effective assessment practices. • Is committed to inclusive education and supporting the needs of every pupil. • Has a thorough understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
