We are seeking a  compassionate and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)  to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan. What You’ll Do: Conduct comprehensive physical exams, assessments, and patient histories Diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions Provide primary care support across multiple specialties Perform in-scope procedures Collaborate closely with specialists in  ENT, Surgical, and Medical Subspecialties  to ensure continuity and coordination of care Utilize  E-ClinicalWorks  for efficient, compliant, and patient-centered documentation Provide emergency and urgent interventions when necessary Educate patients and families on treatment plans, prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications
