Description
Our client is a service provider specialising in supporting entrepreneurs and the self-employed across a range of sectors. We are looking for a bilingual (Dutch and French) Level 2 Prevention Advisor for site visits in the Brussels region. You will be part of a multidisciplinary regional team, working alongside experts in occupational medicine, safety, occupational hygiene, ergonomics, and psychosocial aspects.
Your responsibilities:
• You conduct first-line company visits at Dutch- and French-speaking SMEs across various sectors, assessing machines, workplaces, first aid provisions, and social facilities.
• You map workplace risks using standardised methodologies, propose preventive measures, and are deployed when needed for the analysis of workplace accidents.
• You advise clients in a flexible and targeted way on training, courses, and other well-being solutions across the various occupational health disciplines.
• You prepare a clear report after each company visit, outlining the priority action points.
• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree and bring drive and eagerness to make an impact.
• You hold a prevention advisor level 2 certificate and apply a solution-oriented approach to analyse situations and implement measures.
• You combine strong commercial awareness with a client-focused mindset and are striving for excellent service delivery.
• You communicate confidently in both Dutch and French . You can work autonomously and conscientiously.
• You hold a category B driving licence and are flexible in travelling across the Brussels/Flemisch Brabant region: Brussels, Aalst, Ninove, Vilvoorde, Halle, …)
