BCS is looking for preschool aftercare personnel who are enthusiastic, creative, adaptable, dependable, and possess an excellent work ethic.  Individuals will supervise students during aftercare, providing a fun and safe environment for them. Applicants must be able to communicate clearly and instill positive behavior management techniques. Hours will be from 2:30p.m. through 5:30p.m. with flexibility to work until 6:00p.m. if needed. There will be a 45-hour DCF course that will need to be completed within the first 90 days of employment. Also, CPR and first aid certification are a plus. This individual will report to the Preschool Aftercare Supervisor and the Preschool Director. The following are expectations for the aftercare position: • At all times supervise students under your care. • Maintain safety for the students and staff at all times. • Use appropriate strategies to assist children with inappropriate behavior. • When accidents/injuries occur, complete an accident/incident report. • Any other duties assigned by the Aftercare Supervisor or BCS Administration. *Grace Fellowship/Berean Christian School employs people solely on the basis of applicable skills and experience, and does not exclude applicants from the hiring process based on race, color, ethnic origin, or disability.
