Intro We are looking for a motivated Presales Consultant (m/f/d) in Mexico (ideally around Mexico City) to start immediately or as soon as possible (on a contractor basis as contractor of record ) . Your Job You will work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose appropriate cybersecurity solutions. This role is crucial in driving revenue and building customer relationships. • Engage with Hornetsecurity partners and end users in customer projects to understand their security needs and requirements. • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our cybersecurity solutions, accompany the installation and connection processes of our services. Both on-site as well as online. • Assist in the technical aspects of proposals, Tenders and RFPs . • Assist the support staff in dealing with complex issues , especially with international partners and customers. • Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats and solutions . Your Profile • You have a university degree or a completed training in the IT field . Experience in the email security or backup market will be valued • You have several years of professional experience in the field of support, presales or consulting of IT solutions , ideally in an IT security environment. • You have excellent communication skills and can present yourself competently and confidently to customers and partners. • You enjoy convincing customers and partners of Hornetsecurity Services on a technical level in presentations and web meetings. • You are fluent in Spanish and English , both written and verbal. • You tackle things proactively , prefer to complete tasks today rather than tomorrow, and enjoy working in an international environment. • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, practices, and tools. • You have a high willingness to travel .
