Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer Sand surfaces using hand tools and power equipment to achieve a smooth finish Mask and protect areas of the vehicle that are not being painted Remove dirt, debris, and imperfections to ensure proper paint adhesion Assist with mixing paint and primers according to manufacturer specifications Support the operation and maintenance of painting equipment and tools Work collaboratively with the paint team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and shop guidelines Perform additional duties as assigned by management
