As a Pre-delivery Inspector (PDI), you will be responsible for ensuring that all aerial work platforms machines meet quality standards before delivery to clients in Europe. You will conduct thorough inspections of the equipment to verify functionality, safety, and completeness according to company specifications. Your tasks will include: Performing comprehensive inspections on new machines upon arrival and before dispatch, assessing both functional and aesthetic conditions. Documenting findings and generating reports that highlight any quality issues, necessary repairs, and compliance with specifications. Collaborating with engineering and production teams to rectify any identified problems and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Implementing adjustments as required, including software configurations and customer-specific modifications. Coordinating with logistics for the safe loading and unloading of equipment, ensuring timely delivery to clients. Maintaining accurate records of machine inspections and managing the flow of vehicles through the inspection process.
