Engage in active performance monitoring through client feedback surveys. Actively participate in team recruitment, training, development, and retention efforts. Drive growth initiatives by collaborating with clinicians and contributing to strategic direction. Manage financial performance by maintaining strict adherence to budgeting and P&L accountability.
