Responsibilities Manage all aspects of practice operations, including fiscal management, budgeting, and financial oversight to ensure profitability and sustainability. Supervise healthcare staff, including medical assistants, technicians, administrative personnel, and other team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Oversee medical office management tasks such as scheduling, patient flow coordination, and maintaining accurate medical records using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA, JCAHPO
standards, and health regulation policies by implementing appropriate policies and training staff accordingly. Coordinate patient management processes utilizing patient management software and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems to enhance patient experience and streamline workflows. Oversee billing processes, medical coding accuracy, and medical billing procedures to optimize revenue cycle management. Experience Proven experience in medical office management with a strong background in healthcare practice administration. Demonstrated supervisory experience managing teams within a healthcare setting. Extensive knowledge of healthcare management systems along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of health regulation policies including HIPAA compliance and JCAHPO standards. Experience in fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, and managing medical billing processes.
