Now comes the practice. In an environment that challenges and encourages you, you will get to know our exciting tasks and challenging projects for a period of four to six months. What you do (possible tasks): • Design and hydraulic optimization of our standard telescopic booms to reduce production, assembly and maintenance times • Development of new extension function principles for telescopic booms • Development of a payload calculation method for excavators based on the necessary standards and guidelines • Conception and implementation of feasibility studies for the development of a multifunctional vehicle for banquet processing What you bring with you: • Student of mechanical engineering, mechatronics or automotive engineering • Experience in working with CAD systems, preferably SolidWorks • Knowledge of FEM is an advantage • Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Strong ability to work independently and goal-oriented • Quick comprehension of technical issues and corresponding communication skills • High level of commitment and dedication What you get: • The opportunity to actively shape the future of the company and its success • A familiar working atmosphere • Upon completion, there is the possibility of a permanent employment contract with attractive remuneration Are you interested in completing your internship semester or writing your thesis at ECHLE?
