As a B2B Mid-Senior PPC Specialist in NordSecurity's B2B unit, you will co-own the management of our paid search accounts, primarily Google Ads, for NordLayer, NordLayer Browser, NordPass, NordStellar. You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and scaling PPC campaigns that drive measurable business growth and revenue. Working closely with the wider Growth team, you will help shape strategy, influence team OKRs, and identify opportunities to improve overall business performance.   MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage paid search campaigns with six-figure monthly budgets. - Develop and execute PPC strategies aligned with business goals and revenue targets. - Identify new growth opportunities and recommend initiatives that contribute to team OKRs and broader Growth team objectives. - Monitor campaign performance daily across advertising platforms, Google Analytics, and Looker dashboards. - Analyze campaign and business data to generate actionable insights and recommendations. - Plan, forecast, and prioritize PPC activities within your area of responsibility. - Ensure timely delivery of projects and alignment with business priorities. - Design and execute structured experiments, including: - Incrementality testing - Bidding strategy tests - Ad creative testing - Landing page optimization - Partner with Creative, SEO, Analytics, and Sales teams to improve performance across the entire funnel. - Leverage AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, and n8n to improve workflows, analysis, and decision-making.     CORE REQUIREMENTS - 2+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google and Microsoft Ads accounts with five-figure monthly budgets. - Advanced Google Ads: Deep technical knowledge of the Google Ads platform is essential for success in this role. - Analytical skills: Strong problem-solving abilities supported by advanced Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, complex formulas). - Operational Excellence: Proven ability to execute and drive measurable results in complex account environments. - Ownership Mindset: High degree of autonomy and a proactive approach to managing and scaling campaigns. - Strong collaborative skills to work effectively within a global or cross-functional team structure. - Fluency in written and spoken English.   BONUS POINTS FOR - Experience running global campaigns. - B2B marketing experience. - Experience using AI tools to optimize marketing workflows and performance.       WHAT WE OFFER Innovate with industry leaders Work alongside global experts to build world-leading cybersecurity tools, impacting millions of users around the world.   Learn & grow Boost your skills via our extensive training programs (online and offline) & other resources.
