Powerboat/Marina Assistant Wanted! | Join the Latchi Watersports Crew Are you ready to head to the Mediterranean sun? Latchi Watersports is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Powerboat/Marina Assistant to join our team on the beautiful Akamas Peninsula in Cyprus! This isn't just a job; it's a chance to spend your summer working around boats, crystal-clear waters and a vibrant international crew. About the Role: The Hub of Our Operation As a Powerboat/Marina Assistant, you are the backbone of our watersports centre. You will be instrumental in ensuring our fleet is safe, well-presented and ready for adventure every day. Your Mission: • Fleet Management: Preparing, fuelling and detailing our fleet of modern powerboats. • Customer Support: Assisting guests with boarding and disembarking, providing safety briefings and making sure they feel comfortable and excited for their trip. • Safety: Ensuring all safety equipment is working and correctly stowed. • Dockside Operations: Efficiently manoeuvring, mooring and retrieving boats in a busy, professional environment. • Team Player: Working closely with our team leaders, instructors and office staff to deliver a 5-star watersports experience. What We’re Looking For Essential: • A keen interest in boats and marine activities. • Strong physical fitness for a hands-on, outdoor role. • Excellent spoken English (additional languages are a huge plus). • A proactive, 'can-do' attitude and the ability to work independently. Highly Desirable (The Edge): • Previous experience in a marine, hospitality or watersports environment. • A valid Boat Driving Licence or strong boat handling experience. • Working knowledge of health and safety in a watersports context.
