Job Summary: As a Power BI & Microsoft 365 Solutions Specialist, you will join our growing team and participate in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Digital Workplace projects.We are seeking a professional who is passionate about data, automation, and building innovative solutions using Microsoft technologies. What You Will Do: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports Analyze business data and create KPI-driven insights Design and develop applications using Microsoft Power Apps Build business process automations using Power Automate Work with data from Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Excel, SQL databases, and other enterprise systems Provide end-user support and training for Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft 365 solutions Gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions Optimize business processes using Low-Code / No-Code platforms Participate in Digital Transformation and Business Intelligence initiatives Requirements Qualifications: Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI Experience in data modeling and reporting solutions Strong understanding of DAX , Power Query, and data visualization best practices Experience or knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps Good understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills in English Preferred Qualifications Experience with Power Automate SQL knowledge SharePoint Online experience Microsoft Certifications (PL-300, PL-900, PL-400, or equivalent) Previous involvement in Business Intelligence or Digital Transformation projects Benefits What We Offer:  Participation in cutting-edge technology and data analytics projects for a major organization partnered with Algosystems.
