The Power BI & Data Analyst bridges the gap between raw data and business insight. This role ensures that clean, well-structured, and trusted data is available to decision-makers across Bugaboo Group, and that the tools and models built on top of that data are reliable, consistent, and self-service ready. The role is central to the migration to Microsoft Fabric and the rollout of Power BI across all three brands. What will you do • Design, build, and maintain scalable data models using SQL and dbt to deliver trusted business insights. • Develop and optimize Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and reports that enable self-service analytics across the organization. • Partner with Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams to translate business needs into impactful data solutions and actionable insights. • Support stakeholders with financial, commercial, and operational reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. • Help drive Bugaboo's data platform evolution, including the migration to Microsoft Fabric and the implementation of data governance best practices. • Ensure data quality, reliability, and documentation standards across the analytics ecosystem. • Contribute to building a data-driven culture by improving access to data, enabling self-service reporting, and exploring new analytics capabilities.
