Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Power Automate & Power Platform Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert in Microsoft Power Automate with deep knowledge of security best practices , lifecycle automation , and flow testing . If you have a passion for creating robust, secure, and efficient automation solutions, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and optimize Microsoft Power Automate flows and Power Platform solutions to meet business needs. • Implement secure credential management practices using tools like Azure Key Vault to ensure compliance and data protection. • Leverage AI tools to enhance application lifecycle automation for Power Automate deployments. • Create test artefacts and perform rigorous flow testing to validate expected behaviour and ensure reliability. • Work within a BDD (Behaviour-Driven Development) framework to align development with business requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, deliver high-quality solutions, and provide post-deployment support. • Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Power Platform features, best practices, and security enhancements. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field. • Proven hands-on experience in Power Automate and Power Platform development. • Strong expertise in Power Automate security and secret management (Azure Key Vault or similar). • Deep understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) for automation workflows. • Experience in testing automation flows and creating BDD-based test documentation . • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with an eye for detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
