About The Role Develop and grow as a Positive Behaviour Support Worker with Swanton Community Services team. You will need to be enthusiastic, have great people skills, and a positive and proactive approach to your role. We are looking for a positive behaviour support workers to join Swanton. Experience in PBS would be beneficial however, you will receive in-depth in-house training and support within your role. This role is dedicated to delivering positive, person-centred outcomes for adults and young people with complex care needs who rely on our services.
