Your Working Environment Since its launch in 2014, and as a licensed "Super ManCo", ISIM has established itself as a key strategic platform within ING Global Investment Centre, overseeing a broad range of investment funds distributed across multiple jurisdictions. As the business continues to expand, we are seeking a motivated and talented Fund & Portfolio Oversight Manager to strengthen our Fund & Portfolio Oversight team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment at the crossroads of investment management, fund governance, regulatory oversight and sustainable finance. Your Role As a Fund & Portfolio Oversight Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective oversight of delegated portfolio management activities while supporting the ongoing enhancement of ISIM's governance framework. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Investment Managers, Risk Management, Compliance, Product Management and Senior Management, contributing to both day-to-day oversight responsibilities and strategic initiatives. Your Responsibilities Portfolio Management Oversight • Perform ongoing oversight of delegated portfolio management activities in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal governance standards; • Conduct due diligence reviews and periodic assessments of appointed Investment Managers; • Monitor, analyze and challenge Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) relating to portfolio management activities; • Ensure effective execution of portfolio management oversight responsibilities through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders; • Prepare and present management information, reports and analysis for Senior Management, Committees and the Board of Directors regarding fund performance, investment activities and regulatory compliance; • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of oversight methodologies, data quality and reporting capabilities; • Participate actively in the Product Approval Process (PAP) for new funds, investment strategies and product changes; • Develop, review and maintain policies, procedures and governance documentation. ESG – Sustainability As the Portfolio Management function acts as ISIM's center of expertise for sustainability matters, you will: • Perform ongoing ESG monitoring and reporting for the funds under management; • Monitor developments in sustainable finance regulations, market practices and industry standards; • Support the implementation and maintenance of SFDR-related requirements and sustainability disclosures; • Contribute to the application, maintenance and monitoring of ESG labels and certifications across the fund range; • Serve as a point of contact for ESG-related questions from internal and external stakeholders. Projects and Change Management • Contribute to operational excellence initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, automation and data management capabilities; • Support strategic and regulatory projects impacting the Management Company and its investment funds; • Participate in the implementation of new tools, processes and oversight frameworks; • Actively support business transformation initiatives requiring Portfolio Oversight expertise. • Given the size and collaborative nature of the organization, you may also provide support and backup to other Management Company activities when required.
