Credit Suisse Key role objectives Member of the Risk and Finance Information Technology Portfolio Management team of eight members that is supporting a multi-million CHF portfolio (one of the largest across IT) delivering on key regulatory front to back programs critical to the bank's compliance with regulator mandate. IV ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE ROLE Proportion of duties – eg 50% Development/ 30% maintenance/ 20% testing)- if applicable Learning opportunities Challenging tasks Project details: Current phase of the project/targets/milestones Project methodology Technologies which are used in the project Possibility to replace particular tool for another Covering a global remit with specific concentration in EMEA, this role will have close and regular interaction and collaboration with IT program managers, project managers, and PMOs. The role will require generation of reports on the portfolio including financials, program and project statuses, dependencies, risks and issues, milestones, etc. meeting both standard routine and ad hoc requests. This role will specifically concentrate on the design and introduction of new portfolio reports and will find ways to generate the existing reports in a more efficient manner. V SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS Key technical skills/qualifications and experience/key soft skills including: Level of expertise required (basic, intermediate, advanced, expert) Must have Desirable Experience in a Chief Operating Office (COO), Portfolio Management or Program Management Office (PMO) capacity with strong knowledge in project portfolio financials management Knowledge of portfolio management and project management tools & systems - (Clarity nice to have) Experience generating status, milestone, risk, issue, assumptions, and dependency reporting across a portfolio Advanced proficiency with MS Office, especially Access, Excel and Powerpoint Banking or Financial Sector Industry experience A distinguished background of academic and professional achievement Excellent written and verbal communications skills (English) Effective presentation skills with ability to produce a compelling story in PowerPoint High degree of flexibility and “can do” attitude Competency working with globally distributed team Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously Ease in dealing with a range of stakeholders and providing support to resolution of their issues and problems Confident and self-motivated individual with a proactive approach Project Management certification is a plus (PMI, PRINCE, etc) Send me your resumes at vince@alphait. us Pozdrawiam / With best regards, Alpha Technologies Inc (USA) Vince Taylor Sr Technical Recruitment Specialist
