This role combines general cleaning duties with light maintenance work such as touch-up painting, power washing, and operating a blower in the garage and outdoor areas. Key Responsibilities Cleaning & Upkeep Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, elevators, restrooms, stairwells, and breezeways Sweep, mop, dust, and spot-clean as needed Empty trash receptacles and clean trash areas Wash windows and glass doors Maintain cleanliness around pool areas, parking garages, and outdoor spaces Light Maintenance Perform touch-up painting and light repairs as needed Operate a blower to clean the garage and outdoor walkways Perform light power washing of building surfaces and walls Inspect property for maintenance or safety issues and report them pr
