Your Mission: As our Pool & Outdoor Living Construction Superintendent, you’ll  own the build process from pre-construction to completion, ensuring every detail meets AquaTerra’s high standards. You’ll lead trade partners, manage timelines, and deliver projects that wow our clients. What We’re Looking For: • 3+ years in pool construction (landscape & hardscape experience = bonus!) • Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and quality standards • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • PHTA or Watershapes University Certification?
