This role is ideal for individuals passionate about gaming and eager to provide excellent customer support to the Polish-speaking player community. You will be the first point of contact for players, assisting them with various inquiries and ensuring a great gaming experience. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality player support in Polish through various communication channels, including email and chat Assist players with account management, technical issues, and game-related questions Resolve player concerns efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Document player interactions accurately to aid continuous improvement of support services Collaborate with internal teams to relay player feedback and help enhance the gaming experience Stay informed about Riot Games' titles and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance Requirements Fluent in Polish (oral and written); proficiency in English is a plus Previous experience in customer or player support roles is advantageous Strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with Riot Games' titles Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
