THE JOB: As an On Call Poker Room Attendant, you’ll play a key role in creating an exciting and welcoming environment on the poker floor by delivering exceptional guest service at every table and ensuring a memorable experience for every guest. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the player waitlist, assisting with seating, starting and monitoring games, and supporting the overall flow of operations while clearly explaining game rules, answering guest questions, and maintaining a friendly, engaging presence. You’ll also build strong guest relationships by promoting awareness and participation in the MGM Rewards program, helping drive engagement while enhancing each guest’s overall experience.
