Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a POA/DOA Control Improvement Manager (f/m) to join our General Procurement Supply Chain Quality Department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team responsible for developing suppliers of aircraft-related non-flying products and services (production machinery, tooling, assembly lines, logistics). Within the Supply Chain Quality team (PJSA), you will be involved in securing regulatory compliance and driving continuous improvement to ensure that all General Procurement activities strictly comply with EASA regulatory requirements.

Your challenges:
• Supporting Non-Flying Procurement Compliance: As a subject matter expert, you will guide risk analysis (POA scope) and build awareness within the Procurement/Quality ecosystem to safeguard and continuously refine our processes.
• Performance Management & Reporting: You will structure and present key compliance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate decision-making during steering committees and operational reviews.
• Securing Supply Chain Regulatory Approval: You will coordinate Supply Chain Quality Management (SCQM) teams to ensure that 100% of suppliers of aircraft-related products and services are qualified, approved, and monitored in accordance with aerospace standards.
• Upholding Excellence During EASA Audits: Leveraging your experience, you will prepare for and secure European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) audits across our global sites, driving prompt corrective action plans whenever findings or non-conformities arise.
• Driving Continuous Improvement Across the End-to-End (E2E) Procurement Process: You will embed and optimize POA/DOA compliance requirements into every stage of the procurement lifecycle (from Sourcing to Supplier Relationship Management).
Your boarding pass:
• Confirmed professional experience in the fields of Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, or Quality.
• Proven technical expertise in Supplier Management and managing complex projects.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies (LEAN, 6 Sigma) and problem-solving tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle pressure and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders in a high-exposure context .
• Advanced level of English required (business travel within France and Europe is to be expected).
