What You’ll Need: · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent leadership experience (including military service) · 5+ years of experience leading projects, programs, or operations in fast-paced, high-accountability environments (military, manufacturing, CPG, or similar) · Demonstrated ability to drive complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities · Proven experience improving processes, building structure, or operating in ambiguous environments · Strong ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority · Executive-level communication skills and leadership presence, with the ability to engage confidently with senior leaders and drive alignment · Ability to distill complex problems into clear, actionable steps that teams can execute against. Strong sense of accountability and follow-through, ensuring commitments are met and results are delivered. · Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through · Ability to operate independently, stand alone when needed, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment · Ability to prioritize effectively and drive results under pressure · Experience with project management tools, systems, or op
