About the role: Justteachers is looking for a compassionate and committed PMLD Teacher to join a well-resourced and nurturing complex needs school in Nuneaton. This full-time role is set to begin in September 2026 and will continue through to the end of the academic year. This school provides specialist education for pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties, many of whom also have complex medical or sensory needs. The school is dedicated to delivering personalised, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences that promote communication, independence, and a high quality of life. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver highly differentiated lessons to meet a wide range of learning and physical needs. • Use a multi-sensory, therapeutic approach to create inclusive and stimulating learning environments. • Work closely with a skilled team of support staff, therapists, and medical professionals. • Support pupils with personal care and medical routines where required. • Foster a safe, respectful, and empowering atmosphere where every pupil can thrive. Pre-requisites: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. • Proven experience teaching children with PMLD or complex needs. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Two education or school-based references.
