Description We are looking for an ambitious and fun individual to join our hard working housekeeping team at the Le Meridien | Sheraton Charlotte Hotel. Our goal is to enhance the customer experience by keeping our facilities in a clean and orderly condition while having fun at work! • Deliver excellent customer service • Dusts • Polish metalwork and furniture • Vacuum floors, clean bathrooms and common areas • Supply own cleaning cart with appropriate supplies for shift • Remove debris and turn in any lost and found items • Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws • Maintain equipment in good condition • Report on any shortages, damages or security issues • Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required Requirements Skills to be successful in this role would include: • Ability to work 3:00pm to 11:00pm • Ability to work independently and remain motivated • Smile • Proven working experience in relevant field • Helpful with customer service • Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail EOE - All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
