Description We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on role for a professional responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate brings a blend of service expertise and remodelling experience to deliver high-quality solutions. Responsibilities • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. • Read and interpret schematics to understand plumbing layouts and system designs. • Perform pipe threading and ensure proper connections for water supply and drainage. • Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete plumbing tasks. • Conduct routine maintenance checks to identify and resolve potential issues. • Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure seamless project execution. • Adhere to safety protocols, including heavy lifting and working with various materials. • Maintain a clean, debris-free truck and workplace. Requirements Requirements & Skills • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in the service industry AND 2+ years in the remodel industry . • Software: Knowledge of ServiceTitan is required. • Technical: Strong ability to plumb effectively in various environments; proficient in pipe threading and reading schematics. • Tools: Familiarity with power and hand tools specific to plumbing applications. • Physical: Capability for heavy lifting as required by job demands. • Math: Basic math skills for accurate measurements and installation calculations. Must be able to work nights and weekends for on-call service rotation. Paid compensation for after-hours and on-call service. *Must have at least 3 years' service plumbing experience for residential and commercial service, remodels and re-pipes. *Clean driving record required.
