You will: Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues Educate customers and recommend solutions Represent the company with professionalism and confidence Key Responsibilities Service & Technical Execution: Perform residential and light commercial plumbing repairs and installations Diagnose issues accurately and provide effective solutions Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Customer Experience: Build trust with customers through clear communication and professionalism Explain issues and solutions in a way customers understand Deliver a  5-star service experience  on every call Performance & Accountability: Take ownership of job performance and results Maintain productivity, efficiency, and quality standards Continuously improve through feedback and coaching Standards & Consistency: Maintain clean and organized job sites Accurately document job notes and service details Follow all company processes, procedures, and safety protocols Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and team members Support team goals and contribute to a positive work environment What We’re Looking For 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and insurable record Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana) Plumbing experience: Apprentice or Journeyman plumbing license:  Required Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety standards Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Important: This is a  customer-facing role —professionalism and communication are critical You will be expected to deliver both  technical excellence and customer experience Success in this role comes from  ownership, accountability, and consistency Experience: Plumbing:  2+ years (Required) License/Certification: Apprentice or Journeyman Plumbing License (Required)
