The role includes paid travel throughout Devon and Cornwall, with occasional overnight stays where required. What We're Looking For Experienced Installers NVQ Level 2 minimum (Level 3 preferred) At least 2 years' plumbing and heating installation experience Good understanding of domestic heating systems Strong customer-facing and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK driving licence Apprentices & Trainees Ideally in the second or third year of a plumbing and heating apprenticeship Enthusiastic and eager to learn Interested in developing a career within renewable energy Professional attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Previous heat pump experience is welcome but not essential. Full training and support will be provided to the right candidates.
