PLM IT Engineer (Teamcenter) We are looking for a PLM IT Engineer to strengthen our IT team and play a key role in developing, operating, and improving our PLM platform. You will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for both system ownership and development, working closely with engineering and other business areas. The role combines application management, technical configuration, and continuous improvement of a business-critical platform. Work place: Kongsberg/Asker/Horten/Ålesund Key responsibilities: You will work hands-on with the operation, configuration, and development of Teamcenter, contributing to a stable and future-oriented PLM platform: • Manage and maintain the Teamcenter / PLM platform and ensure stable, reliable and secure operations • Configure, maintain, and further develop Teamcenter solutions • Contribute to automation, optimization, and continuous improvement of the platform • Manage and support integrations between PLM, CAD, and other enterprise systems • Participate in upgrades, testing, and release management across environments • Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and provide deep technical support • Take part in day-to-day operational tasks related to application and underlying environments • Collaborate closely with business functions, IT colleagues, and external vendors Qualifications: We do not expect you to know everything — relevant experience and a willingness to learn are most important.
