Playpath roles are designed for Saudi professionals seeking to build their career and strengthen their expertise through five specialized career pathways which include: Manager - Design Manager - Development Manager - Health, Safety and Worker Welfare Manager - Commercial Manager - Projects (Delivery) Key responsibilities will depend on the specific role and may include: • Manage departmental strategy implementation, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s vision, monitoring risks, and improving operations. • Oversee policies, procedures, stakeholder engagement, and communication channels. • Manage budgeting, financial variances, forecasting, cost control, and compliance. • Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and practices. • Translate strategy into SMART goals and oversee the department’s talent management cycle. • Manage reporting processes and ensure compliance with Qiddiya’s reporting requirements.
