Description
As a Platform Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the deployed network in Operations, improving and streamlining existing processes and procedures while being a point person for issues and questions. This role will also participate in the incident reduction initiative and long-term troubleshooting of customer-facing issues triggered by a change on the deployed network.
