We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-skilled Plasterer to join WCHG. You will work with the team to provide a high quality multi-skilled maintenance repairs and replacement service. Main responsibilities include: • Carrying out planned and responsive repairs /voids and installations as required • Providing technical expertise within the relevant trade area • Working alongside other trades people, providing support and training as necessary where apprentices are used. • Liaising with customers when arranging and carrying out work, • Driving and being responsible for a company vehicle when required • Using and being responsible for a company mobile phone and PDA • Good knowledge of how to carry out damp work techniques and improvements to domestic properties. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 2 in plastering or equivalent in plastering. Trade, experience of undertaking multi-skilled housing maintenance work with experience of working in a building or construction environment. The ability to deliver a customer focused service and willingness to undertake additional training when required is also essential.
