Description
We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our Warping and Knitting manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and on-time delivery while leading a high-performing production team. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily warping and knitting operations. Ensure production, quality, safety, and delivery goals are achieved. Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor KPIs including OEE, scrap, downtime, and productivity. Develop and mentor supervisors and production teams. Partner with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience. 3+ years managing warping and knitting operations. Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, yarn preparation, warping, and knitting technologies. Experience leading large production teams. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Proficiency with ERP and manufacturing systems. Experience in automotive textiles or technical textile manufacturing. Lean Six Sigma certification. Experience with ISO/IATF quality systems. Multi-shift manufacturing leadership experience.
