What You'll Be Doing • Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plant equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation • Conduct inspections and identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and longevity • Install, align, and maintain mechanical systems, including conveyors, crushers, and rotating equipment • Collaborate with team members to complete planned and unplanned maintenance activities efficiently • Follow safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety-first culture What Are We Looking For • Demonstrated capability in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments • Strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to safe work practices • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Conditions of Employment • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check • Work Environment • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
