Description
We're looking for a passionate, hands-on horticulturalist to lead our plant area — one of the beating hearts of our centre. You'll combine deep plant knowledge with team leadership to keep our displays exceptional and our customers inspired.
This role also forms part of our wider management team, with some duty management responsibilities.
• Plant care & health - Oversee watering, feeding, pruning and seasonal care to keep stock in peak condition year-round.
• Team leadership - Lead, train and motivate a small team. Delegate effectively and uphold high standards throughout.
• Sales & profitability - Set targets, manage costs, analyse trends and recommend improvements to plant selection and promotions
