This role sits close to executive leadership and supports the planning, coordination, and reporting that help turn strategic priorities into action. As Planning Manager (CEO Office), you will help bring structure, visibility, and momentum to key initiatives, working across teams to support informed decision-making and business performance. Responsibilities Develop strategic planning frameworks and track CEO office priorities across business units. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, timelines, and executive follow-ups for key projects. Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership decision-making. Monitor project milestones, risks, and budget alignment for strategic initiatives. Support annual business planning, performance reviews, and ad hoc strategic analysis. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in strategic planning or executive office roles. Experience in CEO office or corporate strategy environments, with exposure to real estate development and investment-side planning. Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with hands-on experience using Power BI, Tableau, ERP systems, and Monday.com. Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives, aligning senior stakeholders, and coordinating with business unit heads. Experience working directly with the CEO or C-suite and preparing board-level materials.
