• Planning Law Partner/Designate – Price Richardson • High calibre planning lawyer sought by leading firm in the East Midlands. My client is a thriving Legal 500 firm which features prominently in a number of legal publications, both for the quality of its work and for being a genuinely nice place to work. An opportunity has now arisen for an experienced planning lawyer to join the team at either partner level straight away, or as a legal director on the partnership track. You will have a broad range of planning law experience and be comfortable handling a diverse caseload including, inter alia, section 106 agreements, Compulsory Purchase matters, planning appeals, section 278 agreements, enforcement, judicial reviews and challenges in the High Court, with the emphasis being on the quality of the work and client base throughout.
